Peter is an international business development executive who works with clients in the industrial gases space to achieve growth objectives by identifying and pursuing opportunities, leveraging applications technology into increased sales at existing and new clients.

With me today is Wayne Holt, the Owner of Shield Technologies and Gas Management Solutions based in Johannesburg in South Africa. He holds an MSc degree in Welding Engineering and a MBA.

1- Wayne, you joined Esprit Associates end of last year. Can you tell us about yourself and your business?

Well, our main business is in the Welding Industry where we help our international customers reduce costs of welding processes while increasing their productivity.
We decrease gas usage by up to 90% with payback periods as short as one month.
